## About the role

People Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Enterprise Marketing to help shape how our company and portfolio of essential brands show up in the advertising marketplace. Serving as the lead marketing partner to the Enterprise Sales team, this role will help build influence and drive growth with our agency holding company partners.

## What they're looking for

- 6–8 years of relevant experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, enterprise marketing, or sales marketing, with a track record of translating complex ideas into compelling visual stories. Experience at a branding or creative agency is a plus
- Excellent storytelling skills with an ability to execute visually impactful presentations (fluent in Google Slides, Keynote and PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of branding, design principles, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to serve as a trusted partner to Sales and tailor messages for different audiences,
- Strong understanding of the advertising and media landscape, with the ability to quickly learn the priorities, structures, and ways of working of agency holding company partners
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain poised under pressure
