## About the role

Meshy is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to help lead and scale our managed sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone excited about building a high-performing sales organization around a rapidly growing generative AI product and market.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of relevant sales or business development experience, ideally including time in games, animation, 3D software, 3D printing / additive manufacturing, developer tools, or emerging technology
- 2+ years of experience managing and developing quota-carrying sales professionals
- Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding individual and team revenue targets
- Strong coaching skills and the ability to improve seller performance across different stages of the sales cycle
- Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
- Experience building or scaling an early-stage sales team or go-to-market motion
