## About the role

We're at an inflection point, and the quality of our managers and teams will determine how far we go. This role is focused on helping go-to-market leaders build high-performing teams and removing friction that slows deals and people down. This is our first People Partner hire, and the first focused on our GTM org. You'll help define how we support managers and teams as we scale.
