## About the role

You would be the first Talent hire at Method responsible for running the full lifecycle of building the best team at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and national security. The main responsibility of this role initially is recruitment. Method is experiencing massive growth and needs to significantly expand the team in a short period of time. This role requires a leader who wants to both grind in the weeds to make that happen, but also strategically make the machine in the process.
