## About the role

This isn’t a standard FP&A role where you sit behind a spreadsheet and wait for instructions. As our first dedicated Finance hire on the BizOps team, you will manage our entire financial stack end-to-end. You will be responsible for the integrity of our books, the efficiency of our revenue collection, the automation of our internal financial operations, and more.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 5+ years in Investment Banking, MBB Consulting, or a high-growth startup (Seed to Series B)
- Process Ownership. You have 2+ years of experience creating processes from scratch and better existing processes in a professional work setting
- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets skills. Powerpoint skills that can distill complex data into clear narratives
- Ambiguity Tolerance: You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to drive projects to completion without a playbook
- Location: Based in San Francisco (or willing to relocate) with a 5-day-a-week in-office presence
