## About the role

Metropolis is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support our Senior Counsel in delivering comprehensive legal guidance across our business regions . In this role, you will serve as a proactive and trusted partner to Revenue and Operations teams, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, mitigating risk, and developing strategies that align with our cutting-edge technology and urban mobility solutions .

## What they're looking for

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license or eligibility to practice law in Illinois or Tennessee
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a corporate law department or a business/transactional practice group at a law firm
- Experience with a variety of commercial contracts, including management, operating, technology, and procurement agreements
- Proven ability to adopt and champion AI tools to transform static workflows into responsive, high-output processes
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong transactional and legal writing skills
