## About the role

Role Description The Senior Vice President, Venture Investments is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing the venture investment portfolio and driving long-term value creation. This role leads the end-to-end investment process, including sourcing opportunities, evaluating emerging companies and funds, conducting financial and strategic analysis, and guiding transactions from initial screening through closing.

- Strong expertise in Investment Management and Investments, demonstrating a track record of managing venture or growth-stage portfolios
- Advanced knowledge of Finance, including valuation methods, capital structures, and financial modeling for early- and growth-stage companies
- Proven experience leading comprehensive Due Diligence processes, including market, product, financial, and operational assessments
- Ability to design and implement effective Investment Strategies aligned with organizational risk appetite and return expectations
- Extensive background in venture capital, private equity, or strategic corporate investing, ideally in technology or innovation-focused sectors
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
