## About the role

The Senior Structured Data Access Control Process Analyst will play an important role in supporting Micron's Structured Data Access Control (sDAC) program and related data governance initiatives. This role analyzes business processes, identifies opportunities for automation and efficiency, develops reporting and dashboard solutions, supports operational workloads, and contributes to projects that strengthen secure and compliant access to enterprise structured data.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Business Data Analytics, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in business analysis, governance, operations, analytics, or process improvement
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, developing reports, dashboards, and metrics using Power BI, ServiceNow and the Microsoft 365 suites
- Self-motivated, organized, and highly capable of carrying out detailed plans with limited direction
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative and inclusive with a positive attitude, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams across geographical and organizational cultures and to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
