## About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Data Analyst to tackle one of our most critical challenges: analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing a complex, dynamic two-sided healthcare marketplace. In this domain, demand and supply must be intelligently balanced across multiple dimensions—including heterogeneous booking lead times, cancellation and rescheduling dynamics, geographic distributions, insurance networks, provider credentials, and capacity utilization.

## What they're looking for

- Advanced SQL Expertise: Exceptional SQL skills with experience writing complex, performant queries, window functions, CTEs, and designing scalable analytics tables/data models
- Business Intelligence & Visualization: Deep experience with BI and data visualization tools creating intuitive executive dashboards and self-service reporting tools
- Python for Analytics: Proficiency in Python for statistical analysis, data manipulation, and rapid exploratory data analysis
- Data Modeling: Experience working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and data transformation tools (e.g., dbt)
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, or Business Intelligence in high-growth technology environments
- Business Acumen: Ability to connect technical metric movements to high-level business revenue, cost, and operational drivers
