## About the role

We're looking for someone to build the operating system that powers Midstream's go-to-market organization. You'll design and continuously improve the systems, workflows, data infrastructure, and AI-powered automations that enable Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, and Executive Leadership to operate at their best.

## What they're looking for

- You have 5–8 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role within a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- You've supported Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success through scalable operational systems and understand how commercial teams work together to drive growth
- You have experience implementing and optimizing CRM and GTM technology platforms, with a passion for building systems that simplify work rather than add complexity
- You're highly analytical and enjoy building dashboards, forecasting models, and reporting that leaders rely on to make strategic decisions
- You have a builder's mindset—you enjoy designing workflows, improving business processes, and creating scalable solutions from the ground up
- You're AI-native and constantly looking for opportunities to leverage AI and automation to increase productivity and improve the way teams work
