## About the role

The Senior Loan Officer, Sales Lead is a hands on producer who will own revenue across both of our product lines, crypto mortgages and crypto backed loans. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll spend most of your time originating and closing loans yourself. As volume grows, you’ll grow into leading Milo’s sales team of AI agents and humans. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of residential mortgage origination as a licensed loan officer
- A track record of $25M+ in personal annual funded volume
- Experience with jumbo and non agency lending
- Comfortable reviewing a file yourself, including income, assets, entity structures and condo reviews
- Fluent in crypto, and able to explain crypto backed lending clearly to a high net worth borrower
- Working knowledge of TRID, RESPA, ECOA, BSA/AML and OFAC requirements
