## About the role

As Senior Director, AMER Integrated Marketing, you will develop and execute regional field marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs across the Americas, including the US, Canada, Latin America, and vertical industries. Reporting to the VP, Global Integrated Marketing, you will lead a team that drives demand generation, customer engagement, partner engagement, and revenue growth in partnership with Sales and cross-functional go-to-market teams.

- Develop and implement regional field marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs that support business, sales, and marketing goals across the Americas
- Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital and Web, Corporate Marketing, and other go-to-market teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Build relationships with regional go-to-market and technology partners to deliver joint marketing initiatives and co-marketing programs
- Bring regional market trends, insights, and competitive context to identify opportunities for growth, content, and differentiation
- Manage the Americas field marketing budget, allocating resources to maximize return on investment
- Track and report on program and marketing performance, using data to optimize strategies and tactics
