- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- 8+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience, including at least 2 years leading and developing people
- Deep, practical command of ASC 606 in a SaaS or subscription environment — not just theory, but the judgment calls and the documentation that stands up in audit
- Public company or large private-equity-backed experience, with strong internal controls and SOX mindset
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
