## About the role

We're seeking a hands-on Electrical Design Engineers to design, build, and scale complex electrical systems. In this role, you will own the full design lifecycle—architecting boards, debugging prototypes in the lab, and working directly with manufacturers to bring high-reliability robots to market at scale. Design and develop complex electrical systems, including power distribution, sensor integration, and motor drive systems.

## What they're looking for

- Technical degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience (or equivalent "hard tech" projects) building complex electromechanical systems and sensors
- Deep understanding of DC-DC converters, EMI/EMC mitigation, and standard communication protocols (I2C, SPI, CAN bus, UART)
- Experience with hardware validation cycles, debug and measurement methods
- Experience with wire harnesses, cabling & connectors
- Experience designing for volume processes and working with contract manufacturers
