## About the role

The Federal Field Architect at MinIO will bridge our technical platform and the mission requirements of our federal customers. You will bring deep technical expertise to bear across DoW, IC, and civilian agency engagements, spanning data infrastructure for both traditional workloads and AI training and inference at scale, working closely with our Federal Partner Sales team along with Engineering, Support, our channel and systems integrator partners, and our technology ecosystem partners, to ensure customers...

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in a solutions architect, sales engineering, or field engineering role, preferably within cloud, storage, or federal systems integration
- Active security clearance strongly preferred, ability to obtain a clearance required
- Deep technical knowledge of object storage (S3-compatible platforms), Kubernetes, and cloud-native/on-prem hybrid architectures
- Familiarity with GPU-accelerated infrastructure and the data/memory demands of AI training and inference workloads at scale
- Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks (FIPS 140-3, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP) and DoW/IC deployment environments (air-gapped, classified, DDIL)
