## About the role

This is a strategic, principal-level technical leadership role responsible for shaping MinIO's Global Systems Integrator (GSI) strategy and expanding MinIO's influence across the AI ecosystem. The role partners directly with the business-facing GSI leader to drive the technical strategy behind MinIO's alliances with Accenture, Capgemini, EY, Deloitte, Kyndryl and other GSIs. The business leader owns commercial strategy while this role owns technical vision, ecosystem influence, and partner technical engagement.

## What they're looking for

- 15+ years in enterprise infrastructure, AI, cloud, or distributed systems
- Deep understanding of Enterprise AI architectures and AI Factory design
- Strong working knowledge of NVIDIA AI Enterprise, DGX/HGX, CUDA ecosystem, AI Factory architectures, networking, and GPU infrastructure
- Experience with Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, Iceberg, RAG, agentic AI, and modern AI platforms
- Experience working with or alongside Global Systems Integrators
- Exceptional executive presence, storytelling, whiteboarding, and public speaking
