## About the role

You’ll lead the development of the systems that run Mintlify, taking ambiguous platform problems from first principles to production. Own critical platform systems: Architect and operate the infrastructure, services, and tooling that Mintlify’s engineers and products depend on.

## What they're looking for

- You have at least 4 years of professional software development experience
- Platform expertise: You have deep experience with cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code, distributed systems, CI/CD, observability, and operating large-scale production software
- You have led critical infrastructure projects from architecture through production
- You make thoughtful tradeoffs across reliability, developer velocity, performance, security, and cost
- You have strong product intuition and care about the developer experience created by the systems you build
- You are comfortable working across infrastructure and application code to solve problems completely
