## About the role

The Associate Director, IT – Commercial Data & Insights Architect serves as the primary IT leader responsible for Commercial data architecture, data products, master data strategy, and analytics enablement supporting Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Patient Services.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in data architecture, data engineering, data warehousing, analytics, or related disciplines
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other regulated industries preferred
- Demonstrated success designing enterprise-scale data solutions supporting Commercial business functions
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams
- Strong architecture leadership and solution design skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences
