Mirum is seeking a Manager, Vendor Outsourcing , who will partner with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic outsourcing and draft , redline, review, negotiate and execute clear agreements with external business partners and providers .

## What they're looking for

- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in commercial and clinical vendor outsourcing and contract management required
- Experienced professional in vendor management and contract drafting, review, redline, negotiation and finalization with the ability to understand and draft complex legal and business terms
- Experience with a variety of commercial and clinical vendors and agreements preferred
- Experience with Procurement process and ERP software
- Solid understanding of legal terminology and contract management software
- Experience in Life Science or Biotechnology industries required
