## About the role

The Senior Director, Shared Services, based in our Foster City headquarters, will lead the strategy, evolution, and delivery of the Company’s global shared services organization. This leader will be responsible for building and operating a scalable, high-performing service model that supports the continued growth and complexity of a global, publicly traded commercial biotechnology company.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline, advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred
- 15+ years of progressive experience in global shared services, finance operations, accounting operations, or related functions, including significant senior leadership experience
- Prior leadership experience in a comparable Shared Services or Global Business Services role within a public company with at least $1 billion in annual revenue
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-process operations across multiple countries, legal entities, and functional stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the financial reporting, internal control, and SOX requirements of a U.S. publicly traded company
- Experience overseeing or partnering closely with stock administration/equity operations, with direct stock administration leadership experience strongly preferred
