## About the role

As a Recruiting Coordinator on the Talent Acquisition team, you will help deliver a smooth, consistent hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams. You will coordinate interviews, keep recruitment processes running efficiently, and ensure every interaction reflects a high standard of care.

## What they're looking for

- Around 4–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruitment operations, HR coordination, or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Confidence working with spreadsheets, applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or Ashby, and recruitment data
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on improving processes rather than simply maintaining them
- A collaborative working style and the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, HR, and external partners
