## About the role

Own setup data migrations for dozens of customer implementations at a time, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with 15+ assigned Launch Managers to deliver timely, error-free go-lives.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years in a data-heavy operations, implementation, or migration role — hands-on experience extracting, transforming, and validating data across systems
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects and customer-driven deadlines
- A track record of building or improving processes and tooling, not just executing existing ones
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, lookups, data cleaning, automation)
- Genuine excitement about AI — you already use AI tools to automate and accelerate your work, and want to push that further
- Quick to learn new software and systems, including navigating unfamiliar payroll/HR platforms
