## About the role

As our Marketing Systems Engineer, you own the technical layer of our marketing engine: the integrations and infrastructure that power our marketing website. The website is our primary lead capture system that turns traffic into pipeline.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of full-stack engineering experience and clear ownership of production systems, with an interest in GTM engineering
- Writes production code daily across HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in a marketing website context
- Strong in JavaScript and productive in Python. Has designed, owned, and debugged webhook-based integrations and data pipelines in production
- Experience with Framer or a similar component-based visual web CMS
- Deep hands-on experience across a B2B marketing stack: CRMs, marketing automation platforms, Google Tag Manager, A/B testing tools
- Experience with reverse ETL tools or data sync platforms (Hightouch, Census, or similar)
