## What they're looking for

- Drive delivery of roadmap initiatives across the Internal Products organization, supporting all Internal Products teams
- Partner with technical leads and business stakeholders to translate priorities into executable project plans, balancing strategic roadmap work with operational support and business initiatives
- Own project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery forecasting across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Establish and facilitate agile delivery practices tailored to each team, including Scrum and Kanban
- Manage team backlogs, sprint planning, intake, prioritization, and Jira Service Management workflows to ensure work is well-defined, appropriately sequenced, and aligned with business priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and other business teams
