## About the role

Oversee and support the ongoing operation of data delivery channels, including API, SFTP, Snowflake, AWS S3 and Databricks, ensuring reliable data delivery. Manage client onboarding, training and ongoing support across data delivery channels, working with internal teams to address client needs and resolve service issues.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, & 3 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in managing data delivery channels such as DataBricks, Snowflake, SFTP, S3 buckets, and API
- Strong understanding of data flow design, system integration and delivery processes
- Excellent project management skills with experience in collaborating with product owners, technical teams and external vendors
- Ability to work in a global team environment and manage multiple priorities
