## What they're looking for

- Demonstrated experience in product leadership for data-heavy platforms or analytics products, with a solid understanding of data governance and pipeline design
- Strong understanding of AI/ML feature productization, including how AI capabilities are evaluated, explained, and integrated, along with familiarity with AI connectors
- Proven ability to manage roadmap tradeoffs and deliver results across technical and non-technical teams
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in an agile environment, managing the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery
