- 0-3 years’ experience as a legal counsel with commercial, contracts and general legal experience from a law firm or in-house
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Demonstrated experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements
- Hard-working, pragmatic, business-oriented mindset and good judgement
- Must be able to effectively counsel internal clients by providing them with clear, concise and practical advice, and suggest solutions where necessary, on established timelines to meet their business needs
