## About the role

You will join the Mobility Global Business Solutions Legal team, a collaborative group of attorneys supporting our commercial organization, product development/technology functions, and business leadership. Our team is practical, business-oriented, and closely embedded with the groups we support.

## What they're looking for

- 3–6 years’ experience as commercial counsel, with broad contracts and legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house environment
- • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- • Active admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- • Excellent written and spoken English
- • Demonstrated track record drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
- • Proven experience advising on data privacy and data protection matters
