## What they're looking for

- Proven B2B sales experience having scaled sales functions in a venture back environment is essential
- Minimum of 5 years experience with private equity firms, investment banks, or tier 1 consultancies is essential
- Strong academic background from tier 1 institutions
- MBA is a bonus but not required
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills. This is key given we are a currently a small global team working around the clock
- Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions
