We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Contracts Specialist to support our Legal Department. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is comfortable leveraging contract lifecycle management (CLM) technology to drive efficiency, consistency, and speed in contracting processes.

## What they're looking for

- Draft, review and redline a range of SaaS contracts in accordance with established templates, processes, terms and company standards
- Review RFP documentation and prepare responses to legal/contract questions, where necessary
- Prepare contract amendments, addendums and support account management process
- Perform administrative functions such as record contract in-take, storing and retrieving contracts and documenting contract exceptions
- Support rapid sales cycles by ensuring timely contract turnaround while maintaining appropriate risk controls
- Utilize CLM platforms and AI-enabled tools to streamline contract review, redlining, workflow management, and reporting
