The Engagement Marketing Strategist is a strategic marketing partner to our Client Management organization and a key member of the Member Engagement Marketing team. This role will support Client Managers in driving Modern Health awareness, registration, and meaningful member engagement within client populations. - 5–8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, member engagement, client strategy, integrated marketing, or a related field
- Experience developing communication or engagement strategies for multiple audiences, customers, clients, or market segments
- Experience planning and executing multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns and understanding how audience, message, timing, and channel work together
- Strong strategic consulting skills, with the ability to understand a business need, identify the underlying opportunity, and recommend a focused path forward
