## About the role

Modern Health is looking for a Program Manager to drive how our Product & Tech organization plans, executes, and ships. You'll program-manage initiatives that span Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and their cross-functional counterparts — bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through to work that is often ambiguous and fast-moving.

- An emerging business athlete — organized, adaptable, and energized by using independent judgment to turn partially defined problems into clear plans, priorities, and decisions
- 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations in a complex, cross-functional environment
- Strong program management fundamentals — planning, sequencing, milestone and dependency tracking, and risk management, with exceptional attention to detail
- A documentation and systems thinker — you naturally reach for playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes instead of doing the same manual task 100 times
