## What they're looking for

- 12+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years leading global IT teams in a high-growth, technology-driven company
- Demonstrated success leading end-user computing, collaboration platforms, and office IT/AV at scale across multiple regions
- Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS ecosystems, identity and access management, device management (e.g., MDM), and network infrastructure
- Experience operating in a security-first environment, partnering with CISO/GRC teams and supporting relevant compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX)
- Proven ability to build and lead distributed teams, including managers and individual contributors, across multiple time zones
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging with executives and cross-functional partners
