The next step is to turn that momentum into a durable platform: one set of foundations that any team can build on quickly and safely.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience, with 5+ years in Product Management
- Proven track record owning a developer platform, an infrastructure product, or internal tooling end-to-end — your users were other builders, and you know what makes them adopt a platform or work around it
- Hands-on fluency with the modern GenAI stack: MCPs, agents, knowledge systems, and evaluation. You build with these tools, not just write specs about them
- Strong analytical instincts — you instrument what you ship, and you can tell durable adoption from activity
- Track record of turning an ambiguous, cross-organizational problem space into a roadmap that several teams will execute against
- Able to serve non-technical builders as a primary user group without diluting engineering rigor
