## About the role

Strategy . Own positioning across our customer segments: From sectors such as: broker-dealers, RIAs, global banks, fintechs to owning the messaging frameworks which bring things to life. Develop the persona research and competitive read which inform every campaign. Design & Brand . Own how Moment looks and sounds. Sharpen the visual identity across the site, decks, social, and product surfaces. Work with our amazing design teams and bring a high bar and craft for everything we publish externally.

## What they're looking for

- 4–8 years in marketing with exposure to product marketing or startup GTM work
- Background in financial services, capital markets, or B2B fintech infrastructure
- A portfolio of work you've personally shipped — positioning, copy, brand systems, campaigns — not just managed
- Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $180K to $250K
- Equity: aggressive initial grant + annual performance-based bonuses
