## About the role

We’re looking for an exceptional individual to help build + scale our GTM engine, work on the most important GTM, strategy and operational projects in the company, and drive our next phase of growth. We’re in hypergrowth and need a versatile, gritty, high-slope individual who can help us maintain our 10x+ growth trajectory while building the GTM and ops engine into a machine that scales and executes with high velocity.

## What they're looking for

- 5-8 years of experience at some combination of B2B start-ups, investment banking, consulting, or investing (PE / Hedge Fund / VC)
- Preference for at least some GTM or operations experience at a start-up
- Incredible work ethic / throughput, ability to learn, obsession over the details, ownership mentality, and bias for action
- High integrity
- Even better if you have
- A passion to become a master at all things operations and / or GTM in B2B start-ups
