## About the role

We are seeking a SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager to support Momentus. This role will serve as a key member of the Company’s accounting and external reporting function, with primary responsibility for SEC reporting and technical accounting while also playing an important role in the broader accounting operations of the Company.

## What they're looking for

- NetSuite ERP experience preferred
- Experience working in a technical accounting role in a growth stage / startup company
- Previous experience working on DoD and other USG development and deployment programs
- BS degree in Accounting, or a closely related discipline
- CPA strongly preferred
- Public accounting experience (Big 4 or national firm strongly preferred) and/or direct SEC reporting experience at a public company
