## About the role

MongoDB is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Revenue and Order to Cash (OTC) capabilities that enable accurate, scalable, and efficient revenue operations.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of relevant product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise business systems and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Strong experience with Order to Cash (OTC), Quote to Cash, or adjacent revenue and finance processes, with a clear emphasis on the order-to-cash and revenue recognition side of the lifecycle
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery teams as a Product Owner or equivalent product leader
- Strong data analysis and metrics skills, including the ability to define revenue and close-related KPIs (e.g., DSO, billing accuracy, close cycle time) and use quantitative and qualitative inputs to drive prioritization
- Experience managing complex integrations, data models, business rules, and dependencies across enterprise revenue platforms
- Demonstrated success collaborating across Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, Engineering, Architecture, and other cross-functional teams
