## About the role

We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help accelerate Monumint's next phase of growth. You'll own the full sales cycle, partnering with banks, credit unions, lenders, and fintechs to understand their business, navigate complex buying processes, and introduce AI across customer engagement and operations. You'll build relationships with executive teams, guide strategic evaluations, and help financial institutions adopt AI in some of their most important customer-facing workflows.

## What they're looking for

- Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling into financial services / fintech
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Large ACV track record
- Strong experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and align them with the right solutions
