## About the role

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to help financial institutions bring AI into their day-to-day operations. You'll work directly with banks, credit unions, lenders, and fintechs to deploy Monumint inside their organizations. You'll lead customer implementations, build integrations, adapt AI agents and workflows to each institution's unique processes, and solve complex technical challenges in production.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Product Management, Customer Success Engineering, or as a founder
- Strong generalist with experience in Node, TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, and K8
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI SDKs
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Resolve blockers, solve problems, and keep customer implementations moving forward
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high degree of ownership
