## About the role

We're looking for a Head of Sales to build and lead Monumint's sales organization through its next phase of growth. This is a player-coach role. You'll own our largest enterprise opportunities while building the sales team, defining our GTM strategy, and creating the systems and playbooks that will scale revenue. You'll work directly with banks, credit unions, lenders, and fintechs, partnering with executive teams to transform how financial institutions engage customers with AI.

## What they're looking for

- Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling into financial services / fintech
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets as both an individual contributor and sales leader
- Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing AEs
- Large ACV track record
- Strong experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Experience building sales processes and scaling a GTM organization
