## About the role

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build the future of AI for financial services. You'll work across the entire stack to build products used by banks, credit unions, and lenders every day. From designing intuitive user experiences to building scalable backend systems and AI-powered workflows, you'll own features from idea to production and have a direct impact on our customers.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience building production software, preferably at an early-stage startup
- Strong experience with Node, TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, and K8
- Experience designing and building APIs, databases, and scalable distributed systems
- Strong product instincts and the ability to take a half-formed problem and figure out the right shape before someone hands you a spec
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers
- Leverage AI tools with opinions about where they help and where they don't
