## About the role

Own Morpho's strategy for expanding into new credit markets, building the framework that sizes and sequences each opportunity so the team goes after the ones that will gain real traction. Size net new markets including custodied Bitcoin, tokenized equities, undercollateralized credit and credit card receivables, using market data and competitive dynamics to decide where Morpho moves first.

## What they're looking for

- Proven track record taking products from zero to one in greenfield markets
- Experience in crypto, traditional finance, or fintech, with a working grasp of how credit markets function
- Experience shipping products with regulatory or compliance requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to create clarity and drive decisions in highly ambiguous environments
- Fast synthesis, with the ability to ramp on unfamiliar industries and markets quickly
