## About the role

Motive is looking for a Head of Procure-to-Pay (“P2P”) to lead, scale, and transform our global end-to-end procurement, strategic sourcing, and purchasing operations. Reporting as an executive leader, this role owns the overarching vision, organizational architecture, and cross-functional strategies that ensure Motive maximizes commercial leverage, scales efficiently, and maintains robust operational controls across all business units.

## What they're looking for

- 15+ years of progressive executive experience leading global procurement, strategic sourcing, P2P, and other relevant operational functions
- Proven track record architecting enterprise vendor negotiations and delivering substantial, measurable savings at scale
- Deep experience overseeing software, SaaS, IT infrastructure, and complex indirect spend categories in high-growth environments
- Demonstrated experience modernizing enterprise procurement technology stacks, policy frameworks, and operating models
- Track record of building strong partnerships with C-suite and executive stakeholders to align cross-functional priorities
- Extensive organizational leadership experience, with a proven ability to attract, build, and retain top-tier leaders and teams
