## About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Business Partner to support Motive's Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This role requires a high level of discretion, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably as a lead in a fast-paced or startup environment, including experience supporting C-level executives
- 2+ years of people management experience, ideally leading an EA or administrative team, experience managing a globally distributed team is strongly preferred given the team's presence in Pakistan
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities
