## About the role

Motive is looking for a Senior Inventory Specialist to join our Planning & Inventory Team. In this role, you will manage inventory transactions across NetSuite and our third-party warehousing systems (3PL WMS), while overseeing day-to-day coordination with 3PL partners. You will ensure adherence to inventory, warehouse, and operational processes; drive process efficiency and continuous improvement; and serve as the crucial bridge between physical warehouse operations and our digital systems.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 3+ years in inventory management, supply chain operations, warehouse systems, or 3PL operations, with direct ownership of inventory transactions and operational follow-through
- 3PL and Warehouse Coordination: Experience working directly with 3PL providers or warehouse teams, coordinating day-to-day activities, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate inventory and operational records
- Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and at least one WMS or 3PL system. Familiarity with ERP-to-WMS integrations is strongly preferred
- Process Compliance: Demonstrated ability to follow, interpret, and reinforce SOPs, inventory controls, warehouse procedures, and financial controls across internal and external operating teams
- Analytical Skills: Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and the ability to run basic SQL queries, such as Snowflake queries, for data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis
- Communication and Collaboration: Clear, concise communication style and the ability to coordinate effectively with 3PL partners, logistics, planning, finance, operations, and front-line warehouse teams
