## About the role

The Strategic Marketing team helps drive awareness, growth, and revenue through Motive’s partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, GTM Partnerships, Product, and Marketing, and focuses on taking partners to market and building repeatable programs that expand Motive’s reach, generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and deepen partner engagement.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in partner or channel marketing, product marketing, field marketing, or B2B marketing
- Experience launching partners, programs, products, or integrated go-to-market initiatives
- Experience building awareness and demand through partner-owned and partner-enabled distribution channels
- Experience working closely with Sales on pipeline-focused programs
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, partner ecosystems, channel marketing, and partner-led growth
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex initiatives from strategy through execution
