## About the role

As the Senior Product Manager, Security and Data, you will define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for foundational capabilities that strengthen product security, improve data quality and access, and increase customer trust across Motive’s platform. You will work at the intersection of customer needs, platform investment, and business priorities to deliver capabilities that enable teams across the company to build safer, smarter, and more scalable products.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of technical or platform-oriented products
- Strong experience working on security, data, infrastructure, platform, privacy, governance, or other highly technical product domains
- Demonstrated ability to define strategy, prioritize effectively, and execute across multiple complex initiatives with cross-functional dependencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use qualitative insights and quantitative data to make sound product decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and consensus across teams and levels of the organization
