## About the role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager you will own go-to-market strategy and PLG motions for Motive products. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker capable of driving GTM plans, competitive positioning, and customer acquisition and growth strategies in a fast-moving environment. You will have strong attention to detail, execute efficiently, and be fluent in using data to drive decision-making.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing
- Experience at companies focused on AI-powered SaaS products, SaaS-enabled hardware, agentic or automated workflows, or fintech are strongly preferred
- Strong ability to translate complex technical features into clear, compelling customer benefits
- Proven track record in driving GTM strategies, messaging, and sales enablement for enterprise or mid-market products
