## About the role

As our VP Software Engineering, Robotics & Systems, you will lead Multiply Labs’ growing software and robotics engineering organization during an exciting phase of scaling customer deployments and product evolution. You will report directly to the CEO and play a central leadership role on the executive team.

## What they're looking for

- 15+ years of software engineering experience , with a demonstrated track record of building and maintaining complex, high-reliability integrated software systems
- Regulated Industry Experience: Direct experience working in GMP environments or delivering software for regulated applications, such as life sciences/biopharma, aerospace, or defense
- Technical Fluency: Familiarity with modern AI/ML landscapes (vision-language models, developer tools) and an understanding of how to leverage them in a robotics context
- Product Intuition: Strong ability to create clarity in ambiguity. You care whether what we ship really works for the user, and have a history of collaborating successfully with external customers or partners
